To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure that you notify us within 3 working days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will dispatch a replacement product at no extra cost to you.
- We do not provide refunds for exchange requests, only product replacements.
- If the original product is out of stock, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
